Application of article

As added by P.L.95-2008, SEC.13

Sec. 3. This article does not apply to the following:

(1) The Indiana state lottery established under IC 4-30.

(2) Pari-mutuel horse racing under IC 4-31.

(3) Charity gaming under IC 4-32.3.

(4) Riverboat gambling under IC 4-33.

(5) Wagering on gambling games under IC 4-35.
