Appropriations and payments by school corporations

Sec. 6. Appropriations and Payments by School Corporations. A school corporation shall make the appropriations and payments required of participating political subdivisions from its general fund.
Sec. 6. A school corporation shall make the appropriations and payments required of participating political subdivisions from its education fund or operations fund in accordance with the categories of expenditures established under IC 20-42.5-3.
