Emergency shelter care

Sec. 2.5. As used in this chapter, "emergency shelter care" means housing in a facility having the primary purpose of providing temporary or transitional shelter for the homeless or for a specific population of the homeless.
Sec. 2.5. As used in this chapter, "emergency shelter care" means temporary or transitional housing having the primary purpose of providing shelter for a claimant to avoid contact with the person who committed the violent crime that is the basis for the claim.
