Ind. Code § 5-2-9-1

"Law enforcement agency"

As added by P.L.53-1989, SEC.1

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "law enforcement agency" means the department or agency of a city, town, or tribe whose principal function is the apprehension of criminal offenders.
