Expiration of certification; renewal

Sec. 6. Certification as a program participant expires two (2) years after the date on which the office of the attorney general certifies or renews the certification of the applicant as a program participant. A program participant may apply to renew the certification under section 7 of this chapter.
Sec. 6. Certification as a program participant expires June 30 of the fourth year after the date on which the office of the attorney general certifies or renews the certification of the applicant as a program participant. A program participant may apply to renew the certification under section 7 of this chapter.
