Vacancies filled by governor

(1) obtains information concerning the death of an individual who: (A) holds a state office (as defined in IC 3-5-2-48); or (B) is a judge of a circuit, superior, probate, county, or city court; and

(2) is reasonably satisfied that the information described in subdivision (1) is true;
