Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "special fund" means:

(7) the allocation fund referred to in IC 36-7-30-25(b)(3); or
(7) the allocation fund referred to in IC 36-7-30-25(b)(3); or
(8) the allocation fund referred to in IC 36-7-30.5-30(b)(3).
