Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a county having a population of more than fifteen thousand (15,000) but less than fifteen thousand five hundred (15,500).
Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a county having a population of more than fifteen thousand four hundred fifty (15,450) and less than sixteen thousand (16,000).
