Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a county having a population of more than thirty-two thousand (32,000) but less than thirty-two thousand five hundred (32,500).
Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a county having a population of more than thirty-three thousand one hundred (33,100) and less than thirty-three thousand one hundred fifty (33,150).
