Failure of permittee to obtain receipt

Sec. 5. The commission may impose a civil penalty under IC 7.1-3-23-3 or suspend the permit of a permittee who sells a keg of beer for consumption at a place other than a licensed premises and who at the time of sale fails to:
Sec. 5. The commission may impose a civil penalty under IC 7.1-3-23-3 or suspend the permit of a permittee who:
(1) place an identification marker on the keg; or
(1) sells a keg of beer for consumption at a place other than a licensed premises; and
(2) obtain a signed receipt from the purchaser.
(2) at the time of sale fails to obtain a signed receipt from the purchaser.
