Deposit in enforcement and administration fund

Sec. 7.5. Thirty percent (30%) of the money in the excise fund shall be deposited in the enforcement and administration fund under IC 7.1-4-10 on the first day of June and the first day of December of each year.
Sec. 7.5. Forty-five percent (45%) of the money in the excise fund shall be deposited in the enforcement and administration fund under IC 7.1-4-10 on the first day of June and the first day of December of each year.
