Sec. 3. It is a Class C infraction for a minor to have in his possession false or fraudulent evidence of majority or identity with the intent to violate a provision of this title.
Sec. 3. (a) It is a Class C infraction for a minor to have in the minor's possession false or fraudulent evidence of majority or identity with the intent to violate a provision of this title.
(b) It is a Class C infraction for a minor to have in the minor's possession false or fraudulent evidence of majority or identity with the intent to purchase a tobacco product as provided in IC 35-46-1-10.5.
