Sec. 5. A person who knowingly or intentionally makes a delivery sale of e-liquids to a minor commits a Class C infraction.
Sec. 5. A person who knowingly or intentionally makes a delivery sale of an e-liquid to an individual who is less than twenty-one (21) years of age commits a Class C infraction.
