Powers of port authorities in certain counties

Sec. 8.5. Port authorities created in a county having a population of more than four hundred thousand (400,000) but less than seven hundred thousand (700,000), shall have all the powers of port authorities provided under section 8 of this chapter except the power to exercise eminent domain as provided in section 8(a)(7) of this chapter in any city having a population of:

Port authorities created in a county having a population of more than four hundred thousand (400,000) and less than seven hundred thousand (700,000), shall have all the powers of port authorities provided under section 8 of this chapter except the power to exercise eminent domain as provided in section 8(a)(7) of this chapter in any city having a population of:
(1) more than eighty thousand five hundred (80,500) but less than one hundred thousand (100,000); or
(1) more than seventy-five thousand (75,000) and less than seventy-nine thousand (79,000); or
(2) more than twenty-nine thousand six hundred (29,600) but less than twenty-nine thousand nine hundred (29,900).
(2) more than twenty-six thousand (26,000) and less than twenty-eight thousand (28,000).
