Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a city having a population of more than twenty-nine thousand six hundred (29,600) but less than twenty-nine thousand nine hundred (29,900).
Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a city having a population of more than twenty-six thousand (26,000) and less than twenty-eight thousand (28,000).
