Credit to state highway fund; appropriation of funds

Sec. 3. (a) The state comptroller shall credit the state highway fund established under IC 8-23-9-54 monthly with sixty-three percent (63%) of the money deposited in the highway, road and street fund.
(b) Funds allocated to the department under this chapter must be appropriated.
