Sec. 13. The annual operating budget of a toll road authority is subject to:
Sec. 13. The annual operating budget of a toll road authority is subject to review by the department of local government finance as in the case of other political subdivisions.
(1) review by the county board of tax adjustment; and
(2) review by the department of local government finance;
as in the case of other political subdivisions.
