Sec. 5. In the evaluation of an application for a grant from the fund, the department shall give preference to projects that are anticipated by the department to have the greatest regional economic significance for the region in which the local unit is located.
Sec. 5. In the evaluation of applications for grants from the fund for projects described in section 1(a) of this chapter, the department shall give preference to projects that are anticipated by the department to have the greatest regional economic significance for the region in which the local unit is located.
