Sec. 103.4. "Mobile credential" means digital data issued to a telecommunications device by the bureau under IC 9-24-17.5 of the information contained on the following:

(1) A driver's license.

(2) A learner's permit.
(2) A learner's permit.
(3) An identification card.

The term does not include a commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit issued under IC 9-24-6.1, a motorcycle learner's permit issued under IC 9-24-8-3, a photo exempt driver's license issued under IC 9-24-11-5(b), or a photo exempt identification card issued under IC 9-24-16.5.
The term does not include a motorcycle learner's permit issued under IC 9-24-8-3, a photo exempt driver's license issued under IC 9-24-11-5(b), or a photo exempt identification card issued under IC 9-24-16.5.
