"Line make"

Sec. 93.5. "Line make" means the name given by a manufacturer to a line of motor vehicles to distinguish it as produced or sold by the manufacturer and that may be used and protected as a trademark.
Sec. 93.5. (a) "Line make", except as provided in subsection (b), means the name given by a manufacturer to a line of motor vehicles to distinguish it as produced or sold by the manufacturer and that may be used and protected as a trademark.
(b) "Line make", for purposes of IC 9-32-11-25 and IC 9-32-19, has the meaning set forth in IC 9-32-19-8.
