Licenses eligible for endorsement

Sec. 2. (a) An operator's license may include one (1) or more of the following:

(1) A motorcycle endorsement under IC 9-24-8-4 (before its expiration) or section 3 of this chapter.

(2) A for-hire endorsement under section 5 of this chapter.

(b) A commercial driver's license may include one (1) or more of the following:

(2) An endorsement under IC 9-24-6.1, including under any rules adopted under IC 9-24-6.1.
(2) Except for a hazardous materials endorsement and an intrastate passenger transport endorsement, an endorsement under IC 9-24-6.1, including under any rules adopted under IC 9-24-6.1, if the applicant is at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
(3) A hazardous materials endorsement and an intrastate passenger transport endorsement under IC 9-24-6.1, including under any rules adopted under IC 9-24-6.1, if the applicant is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
