Reciprocal agreements; possession of foreign driver's license

Sec. 3. A written reciprocity agreement entered into under section 2 of this chapter must require an applicant from the foreign country for an operator's license to possess:
Sec. 3. A written reciprocity agreement entered into under section 2 of this chapter must require an applicant from the foreign country for a driver's license to possess a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle being operated or the equivalent from the foreign country.
(1) a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle being operated or the equivalent from the foreign country; or
(2) an international driving permit.
