Removal of suspension from record

Sec. 13.5. If:
Sec. 13.5. Whenever a case filed under IC 9-30-5 is terminated in favor of the defendant and the defendant's driving privileges were suspended under section 9(c) of this chapter, the bureau shall remove any record of the suspension, including the reason for suspension, from the defendant's official driving record.
(1) a case filed under IC 9-30-5 is terminated in favor of the defendant; and
(2) the defendant's driving privileges were suspended under:
(A) section 9(b) of this chapter; or
(B) section 9(c) of this chapter;
the bureau shall remove any record of the suspension, including the reason for suspension, from the defendant's official driving record.
