Automotive mobility dealer license and endorsement

Sec. 2.5. (a) An automotive mobility dealer must be licensed under this article as a dealer, manufacturer, or converter manufacturer.
Sec. 2.5. (a) An automotive mobility dealer must be licensed under this article as a used motor vehicle dealer, manufacturer, new motor vehicle dealer, or converter manufacturer.
(b) Effective January 1, 2018, before an automotive mobility dealer engages in any of the activities described in IC 9-32-2-4.5, the automotive mobility dealer must have an automotive mobility dealer endorsement issued by the secretary.
(b) Effective January 1, 2018, before an automotive mobility dealer engages in any of the activities described in IC 9-32-2.1-4, the automotive mobility dealer must have an automotive mobility dealer endorsement issued by the secretary.
