Automotive mobility dealers; display, inventory, advertising, and offering for sale adapted motor vehicles and watercraft

Sec. 9. An automotive mobility dealer licensed and endorsed under this article is entitled to:
(1) display;
(2) inventory;
(3) advertise;
(4) offer for sale; or
(5) do any combination of subdivisions (1) through (4) concerning;
any adapted motor vehicle or watercraft.
