Sec. 22. A court may issue a warrant to search the premises of an automotive salvage rebuilder, an automotive salvage recycler, a recycling facility, or a used parts dealer for any major component parts being possessed, kept, sold, bartered, given away, used, or transported in potential violation of this chapter.
