An action or suit may be maintained by or against any unincorporated labor organization in its commonly used name. All process, pleadings, and other papers in such action may be served on the president or other officer, business agent, manager or person in charge of the business of such labor organization. Judgment in such action may be enforced against the common property only, of such labor organization.
