Violations of act; injunctions

L. 1943, ch. 191, § 13; L. 1955, ch. 252, § 5; July 1.

Any person violating the provisions of this act shall not be guilty of a criminal offense except as otherwise provided by law, but may be enjoined by the attorney general or the county attorney of the proper county or any aggrieved party from violating the provisions thereof by action in the district court of the proper county.
