(a) There is a Class C (country and golf club) license.
(b) An application for the license shall be signed by at least one officer of the country and golf club who is a resident, registered voter, and taxpayer of the county.
(c) The Board may issue the license for use by a country and golf club that:
(1) has at least 200 members paying dues of at least $75 per year per member; and
(2) at the time of the application for the license, maintains:
(i) at least two tennis courts;
(ii) a swimming pool that is at least 30 feet by 80 feet; and
(iii) a regular or championship golf course of at least nine holes.
(a) In this section, “commercial bingo”:
(1) means any bingo game authorized by law in the county for which any type of consideration is paid or collected in order to play the game; and
(2) does not include bingo conducted by charitable or nonprofit organizations in accordance with Title 13, Subtitle 4 of the Criminal Law Article.
(b) There is a commercial bingo license.
(c) The Board may issue the license to the owner of a licensed commercial bingo establishment.
(d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on–premises consumption.
(d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor from any location in the commercial bingo establishment for on–premises consumption anywhere in the establishment.
(e) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days of sale as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 11–2004 of this title.
(2) The license may be used to sell beer, wine, and liquor on Sunday.
(e) Beer, wine, and liquor purchased under the license may be carried and consumed anywhere in the commercial bingo establishment.
(f) (1) The license holder may sell alcoholic beverages Monday through Sunday during normal business hours, but not later than 2 a.m.
(2) The license holder need not obtain a Sunday license under § 11–2004 of this title to sell alcoholic beverages on Sunday.
(g) The annual license fee is $2,500.
