(a) There is:
(1) a Class C per diem beer license;
(2) a Class C per diem beer and wine license; and
(3) a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license.

(b) The Board may:
(1) issue a license to a:
(i) religious, fraternal, civic, veterans’, or charitable organization, association, club, or society; or
(ii) hospital supporting organization; and
(2) impose conditions on the license.

(c) The period for which a license under this section may be issued is:
