A person aggrieved by a final decision of the Comptroller in a contested case under this title may seek judicial review in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
A person aggrieved by a final decision of the Executive Director in a contested case under this title may seek judicial review in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
