(a) This section applies to a Class 6 pub–brewery license in the county.

(b) Before the Comptroller may issue a Class 6 pub–brewery license in the county, the Comptroller shall forward a copy of the application to the Board.
(b) Before the Executive Director may issue a Class 6 pub–brewery license in the county, the Executive Director shall forward a copy of the application to the Board.
(c) The Board shall: (1) review the application; (2) hold a public hearing on the application; and (3) recommend to the Comptroller whether or not to issue the license.
