If an applicant meets the requirements of this Part II of this subtitle, the Court of Appeals shall pass an order of admission of the applicant to the Bar.
If an applicant meets the requirements of this Part II of this subtitle, the Supreme Court of Maryland shall pass an order of admission of the applicant to the Bar.
