(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Executive Director” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
(c) “Retailer” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
(d) “Sell” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
(e) “Unpackaged cigarette” means any cigarette not contained in a sealed package of 20 or more cigarettes.
(f) “Vending machine operator” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
(g) “Wholesaler” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
