(a) This section applies only in Queen Anne’s County.

(b) While confined in the Queen Anne’s County Jail, an inmate employed under § 11–602 of this title shall pay: (1) court–ordered payments, including restitution payments; and (2) the reasonable cost of the food, lodging, and clothing of the inmate.
(b) While confined in the Queen Anne’s County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under § 11–602 of this title shall pay: (1) court–ordered payments, including restitution payments; and (2) the reasonable cost of the food, lodging, and clothing of the incarcerated individual.
(c) The County Commissioners shall: (1) establish a reasonable per diem rate for the food, lodging, and clothing of an inmate; and (2) designate the Warden of the Queen Anne’s County Jail as the agent to collect the costs and payments specified in this section.
