The managing official of a correctional facility shall present a copy of an inmate’s case record maintained under § 3–601 of this subtitle, or a summary of the record, to the Maryland Parole Commission:
The managing official of a correctional facility shall present a copy of an incarcerated individual’s case record maintained under § 3–601 of this subtitle, or a summary of the record, to the Maryland Parole Commission:
(1) by the time the inmate becomes eligible for parole; and
(1) by the time the incarcerated individual becomes eligible for parole; and
(2) at other times on request.
