As of January 1, 2019

The Fund shall be used:

(1) for the purposes described in Part VI and §§ 5-430, 5-431, and 5-438 of this subtitle; and

(1) for the purposes described in Part VI and §§ 5–430, 5–431, and 5–438 of this subtitle; and

(2) to pay expenses of the Authority, including expenses: (i) for administrative, legal, actuarial, and other services; (ii) related to: 1. issuance or insurance of bonds and authorized purpose obligations; and 2. funding of reserves; or (iii) of providing other financial assistance under this subtitle.
