(a) The fifth congressional district consists of the following counties:
(1) Calvert County;
(2) Charles County; and
(3) St. Mary’s County.
(b) The district also includes the following parts of Anne Arundel County:
(1) election district 7;
(2) election district 1, precinct 99;
(3) election district 4, precincts 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 99;
(4) that part of election district 1, precinct 23 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7401.06, blocks 2008 through 2010 and 2016 through 2033;
(ii) census tract 7404.00, blocks 1000 through 1004;
(iii) census tract 7405.02, blocks 3000 through 3004; and
(iv) census tract 7406.01, blocks 1000 through 1003 and 1014;
(5) that part of election district 4, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 7403.04, blocks 1000 through 1002, 2000 through 2008, 2010, 2011, 3000 through 3002, 3015, 3017 through 3020, 3035, 3037, and 3038;
(6) that part of election district 4, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 7408.00, block 1006;
(7) that part of election district 4, precinct 7 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7403.05, blocks 1001 through 1010;
(ii) census tract 7406.01, blocks 1004 through 1013 and 2018 through 2036;
(iii) census tract 7406.02, blocks 1000 through 1016, 2000 through 2011, 3001, 3002, 3004, and 3005; and
(iv) census tract 7406.03, blocks 2002 through 2056, 2059 through 2068, and 2070;
(8) that part of election district 4, precinct 13 that consists of the following:

(ii) census tract 7410.00, blocks 1006 and 1008 through 1010; and
(9) that part of election district 4, precinct 26 that consists of the following:

(c) The district also includes the following parts of Prince George’s County:

(5) election district 13, precincts 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, and 24;
(6) election district 14, precincts 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14;
(7) election district 15, precincts 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6;
(8) that part of election district 5, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 8013.07, block 1013;
