The appointment of a special administrator terminates upon the appointment of a personal representative or in the manner prescribed in Subtitle 3 of this title. The powers of a special administrator may be suspended or terminated in the same manner as prescribed in Subtitle 3 of this title for the suspension and termination of the powers, or the removal, of a personal representative.
(a) The appointment of a special administrator terminates: (1) On the appointment of a personal representative; or (2) In the manner prescribed in Subtitle 3 of this title.
(b) The powers of a special administrator may be suspended or terminated in the same manner as prescribed in Subtitle 3 of this title for the suspension and termination of the powers, or the removal, of a personal representative.
