To be eligible to receive donated prescription drugs or medical supplies, an individual shall:
(a) To be eligible to receive donated prescription drugs, over–the–counter drugs, or medical supplies from a repository located in the State, an individual must: (1) Be a resident of the State; and (2) Be an eligible patient.
(1) Be a resident of the State; and
(2) Be a needy patient, as indicated by the individual’s health care practitioner.
(b) To be eligible to receive donated prescription drugs, over–the–counter drugs, or medical supplies from a repository located in another state, an individual must be an eligible patient.
