(a) A person who violates any provision of the following sections is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100: (1) § 21–820 of this title; and (2) § 21–1111 of this title.

(b) For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
