A licensee shall identify and represent themselves by profession and degree earned.
(a) A licensee shall identify and represent themselves to the public by: (1) The profession for which the licensee holds a license; (2) The degree earned to obtain the license; and (3) The name on the license.
(b) A licensee shall include the licensee’s license number on work–related documentation, including:
(1) Written client reports; and
(2) If applicable, audiograms.
