(a) For fiscal years 2020 through 2023, each year the Governor shall appropriate $425,000 in the annual State budget for Baltimore City to be used as an operating grant for the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program in Baltimore City.
(a) For fiscal years 2020 through 2023, each year the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $425,000 for Baltimore City to be used as an operating grant for the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program in Baltimore City.
(b) The funds appropriated under subsection (a) of this section shall be used solely to supplement, and not supplant, funds otherwise available for the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program in Baltimore City.
(b) The funds required to be included in the annual budget bill under subsection (a) of this section shall be used solely to supplement, and not supplant, funds otherwise available for the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program in Baltimore City.
