Known as the Maryland Revised Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act

The act spans §§ 3–3 (5 sections).

(a) A filing officer shall record a notice of federal lien, a refiling of a notice of federal lien, or a notice of revocation of any certificate described in subsection (b) of this section presented to the filing officer.

(b) A filing officer shall record a certificate of release, nonattachment, discharge, or subordination of any lien presented to the filing officer.
