(a) The Administration regularly shall disclose summary information regarding any contract entered into by the Administration that encumbers $100,000 or more from the Fund.

(b) For each of the contracts specified under subsection (a) of this section, the following information shall be posted on the Administration’s Web site on a quarterly basis: (1) the name and business address of the parties of the contract; (2) a summary of the goods and services to be provided under the contract; and (3) the maximum amount of moneys from the Fund that may be obligated by the contract.
