(a) There is a Commerce Subcabinet.

(b) The Subcabinet is composed of the following members: (1) the Secretary, or the Secretary’s designee; (2) the Secretary of Transportation, or the Secretary’s designee; (3) the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation, or the Secretary’s designee; (4) the Secretary of the Environment, or the Secretary’s designee; (5) the Secretary of Housing and Community Development, or the Secretary’s designee; (6) the Secretary of Planning, or the Secretary’s designee; and (7) the Special Secretary of Minority Affairs, or the Special Secretary’s designee.
