(a) On or before December 31 each year, the Department shall submit a report on the status of Vision Zero to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.
(a) On or before December 31 each year, the Department shall submit a report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly that includes: (1) The status of Vision Zero; (2) The activities, and any findings and recommendations, of the coordinator; and (3) A summary of each quarterly public meeting held in the previous year.
