Subdivision 1. Warrants and arrests.
An enforcement officer, as defined in section 97A.015, subdivision 18 , may execute and serve warrants, and arrest persons detected in actual violation of sections 103E.005 to 103E.811 as provided in sections 97A.205 and 97A.211 .
Subd. 2. Prosecution.
The county attorney shall prosecute all criminal actions arising under this chapter.
