Subdivision 1. Beneficiary and survivor data.
The following data on beneficiaries and survivors of the St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association and the Duluth Teachers Retirement Fund Association members are private data on individuals: home address, date of birth, direct deposit number, and tax withholding data.
Subd. 2. Limits on disclosure.
Required disclosure of data about members, survivors, and beneficiaries is limited to name, gross annuity or benefit amount, and type of annuity or benefit awarded.
