INVESTIGATIVE DETENTION DATA.

As used in this section, "investigative detention data" means government data created, collected, used or maintained by the state correctional facilities, municipal or county jails, lockups, work houses, work farms and other correctional and detention facilities which: (a) if revealed, would disclose the identity of an informant who provided information about suspected illegal activities, and (b) if revealed, is likely to subject the informant to physical reprisals by others.
As used in this section, "investigative detention data" means government data created, collected, used or maintained by the state correctional facilities, municipal or county jails, lockups, workhouses, work farms and other correctional and detention facilities which: (a) if revealed, would disclose the identity of an informant who provided information about suspected illegal activities, and (b) if revealed, is likely to subject the informant to physical reprisals by others.
